Iconic Railroad Bridges
A great location to fish when the American shad are running up the Susquehanna into tributaries to spawn, or to tube/kayak down on a nice afternoon to enjoy the natural beauty and hydrology.
Hi Ryan, I was looking for further updates from you, since this area seems to be amazing. I like your little post about the use of the creek and river. I look forward to you future posts.
Nikolai, I apologize for just now getting back to you. I had went under my previous username the remainder of the semester to keep all my blogs under the same one. Here is the link to my blog post from the semester for the Octoraro creek https://octorarocreekwatershedrf.blogspot.com/ Thanks for the comment!

DeleteI've always wanted to try some American shad. Do you smoke them? What about the roe? Gorgeous scenery to catch a few!
ReplyDeleteHi Bill,
DeleteNo i have not had the pleasure of trying shad though many people like to catch them when they are running.
Thanks for the comment,
